At The Mr. man, we care about the quality of our products and your satisfaction. That's why we offer a 14-day limited warranty on all items, starting from the day your order is delivered.

What’s Covered?

Our warranty covers:

If any of the above applies, we’ll offer you a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

What’s Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

How to Make a Claim

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or a short video showing the problem

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and will process your replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
